Refund policy

we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. if for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us at hello@mostrd.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to arrange for a return or exchange. please note that earrings can not be returned due to hygienic reasons unless there is a defect or error on our part.

we will provide a pre-paid return label via email, the costs will be deducted from the refund. the return costs are the same as the shipping costs paid. 

once your return is received and approved, we will process the refund. refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days.

if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

please note that commission pieces cannot be cancelled or returned once the payment has been received.
