Shipping policy

at møstrd, all of our products are made to order, which means we begin crafting your piece after your purchase is confirmed. this allows us to create each item with the highest level of care and attention to detail.

most of the times we will ship your order within 2 days, however, since each piece is made specifically for you, please allow up to 7 days for us to complete your order before it is shipped. we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

shipping times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. 

please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may take a bit longer. we appreciate your patience and understanding.
